  • Lease Deed
  • Land Office Mutation :

- Namjari-O-Jomavag Prostab Potro, DCR & Khajna Receipt

  • Land Service Charge

If 1st  Allottee died, then for successors :

  • Death Certificate of Allottee
  • - Succession Certificate from Court
  • - Mutation, DCR & Khajna Receipt

 

  • For any existing building on the land, a copy of the Approved Plan  of that building
  • Utility Bills for all lands till the Possession H.O. – Electricity, Water, Gas, City Corp.

 

Free Hold Land

Bia – Deed

Registered Sales Deed

C.S. (R.S.), S.A. (for Ctg P.S.), R.S. (for Ctg. B.S.) Khatian and Mohanagr Jorip

Land Office Mutation :

How much floorfly charges for land legal vetting? As every case is different so the charges varied by its nature.

But anyone can expect in between BDT 25,000/- to BDT 75,000/-
